Mr. Y P Reddy is Chairman Emeritus of Reddy Group having joined the family company in 1957. With his vision and direction, he has been the driving force behind the group’s development and success over the years.

Today Reddy Group has significant operations within the Asia Pacific region holding a very diverse portfolio. Mr. Y P Reddy was the inaugural President of the Fiji Jaycees and is a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Lautoka. He has received many awards and distinctions for his continued service to the people of Fiji. He received an Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 1973 from her Majesty the Queen of England and in 1995 received the highest recognition in Fiji – The Companion of the Order of Fiji (CF). For 23 years Mr. Y P Reddy served as the National President of TISI Sangam, one of Fiji’s largest socio-educational and cultural organizations. He has held many directorships on government and state owned companies including the Fiji Electricity Authority, Fiji Development Bank and Fiji National Provident Fund. Mr. Y P Reddy is a life member of the Fiji Hotel Association and in 2000, received the lifetime achievement in excellence award for tourism in Fiji.

Rohit is the Managing Director of Reddy Group and has been instrumental in expanding, diversifying and internationalising the group’s strategic investments. He has extensive experience in strategy, investment, private equity, capital markets, finance and hotel development.

Rohit is a graduate of the Owner-President Management Programme (OPM) at Harvard Business School, and a graduate of the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce. Rohit has also held positions with leading law firm Simpson Grierson and the global insurer American International Group (AIG). Rohit is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kamini is a Director of Reddy Group and is responsible for the Group’s finance, corporate affairs and strategy functions. She has extensive global experience and has held a number of senior finance roles with Hilton Worldwide (Asia), New Zealand dairy giant Fonterra, and Ernst & Young in New York, London and Auckland.

Kamini is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and the Australian Institute of Directors. She sits on a number of Boards including the Bank of Baroda (New Zealand) Ltd, and Jetwing Symphony PLC in Sri Lanka.

Kamini is a graduate of the Owner-President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School and has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts (double major in Accounting and Japanese) from the University of Auckland.

Sandra is a Director of Reddy Group and oversees the corporate governance of the Group.

Sandra is a qualified solicitor and graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters in Commercial Law. She also completed an executive education course in finance at Harvard Business School. Sandra has vast experience in finance, capital markets, structured finance and infrastructure projects. Her previous work experience includes working for the Bank of New Zealand and Macquarie New Zealand Limited in Auckland and Clifford Chance, Linklaters and Ambac Assurance UK Limited in London. Sandra is a member of the Law Society in England and Wales.

As Chief Financial Officer for the Reddy Family Office, Tim works alongside the Directors to drive growth and diversification of the family’s global interests.

Tim is a commercially minded finance executive with a track record of creating value through building inhouse capabilities, execution of tax planning strategies and critical assessment of corporate and capital structures.

Whilst Tim’s role encompasses a broad spectrum, some key areas of focus include:

  • The leadership and development of group finance teams;
  • Investment Committee member and contributor to Family Office investment strategies;
  • Risk mitigation and compliance;
  • Family Office treasury management; and
  • Philanthropic activities undertaken through Family Office Charitable Foundations.

Throughout his career Tim has worked with organizations across a wide range of industries – from Tourism and Snowsports to Information Technology and Viticulture. Tim is a Chartered Accountant and Member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ). Outside of work Tim loves to surf, skate and snowboard.
