INVESTMENT COMMITTEE CHAIR

Brett Sutton

Brett is Chairman of the Investment Committee, appointed in 2022. An experienced investor, he has an extensive background in private capital markets.

Brett previously held senior executive positions at the New Zealand Superannuation Fund where he was Head of Direct Investments, and Todd Capital Limited where he managed a portfolio of strategic equity investments.

Brett is Chair of Cooperative Bank, Medical Assurance Society, Mint Asset Management, Stevenson Holdings, and Woolyarns Holdings; Director of Datacom and H J Asmuss & Co; Advisory Board Member of Scott & Ricketts.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Rohit Reddy

Rohit is the Managing Director of Reddy Group and has been instrumental in expanding, diversifying and internationalising the group’s strategic investments. He has extensive experience in strategy, investment, private equity, capital markets, finance and hotel development.

Rohit is a graduate of the Owner-President Management Programme (OPM) at Harvard Business School, and a graduate of the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce. Rohit has also held positions with leading law firm Simpson Grierson and the global insurer American International Group (AIG). Rohit is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kamini Reddy

Kamini is a Director of Reddy Group and is responsible for the Group’s finance, corporate affairs and strategy functions. She has extensive global experience and has held a number of senior finance roles with Hilton Worldwide (Asia), New Zealand dairy giant Fonterra, and Ernst & Young in New York, London and Auckland.

Kamini is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and the Australian Institute of Directors. She sits on a number of Boards including the Bank of Baroda (New Zealand) Ltd, and Jetwing Symphony PLC in Sri Lanka.

Kamini is a graduate of the Owner-President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School and has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts (double major in Accounting and Japanese) from the University of Auckland.

FAMILY OFFICE CFO

Tim Cunliffe

As Chief Financial Officer for the Reddy Family Office, Tim works alongside the Directors to drive growth and diversification of the family’s global interests.

Tim is a commercially minded finance executive with a track record of creating value through building inhouse capabilities, execution of tax planning strategies and critical assessment of corporate and capital structures.

Throughout his career Tim has worked with organizations across a wide range of industries - from Tourism and Snowsports to Information Technology and Viticulture. Tim is a Chartered Accountant and Member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ). Outside of work Tim loves to travel, and can often be found on the basketball court, playing cricket or in the mountains snowboarding.

In Memorium: Y.P. Reddy

Mr. Y.P. Reddy (“YP”) will forever be in our hearts. Having joined the family company in 1957, his impact is the foundation of Reddy Group today. With his vision and direction, he was the driving force behind the group’s development and success over the years.

YP Reddy was the inaugural President of the Fiji Jaycees and a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Lautoka. For 23 years YP served as the National President of TISI Sangam, one of Fiji’s largest socio-educational and cultural organizations. YP held many directorships on government and state owned companies including the Fiji Electricity Authority, Fiji Development Bank and Fiji National Provident Fund. YP was a life member of the Fiji Hotel Association.

YP received many awards and distinctions for his service to the people of Fiji and the global Indian community, including:

  • Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 1973 from her Majesty the Queen of England
  • The Companion of the Order of Fiji (CF) in 1995
  • Lifetime achievement for excellence in tourism, awarded in 2000 by the Fiji Hotel Association
  • Honoured as Pravasi Bharatiya Samman, awarded in 2010 by the President of India.
